Return Item Instructions:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below to return the item.

1. Ride1 will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer.  We cannot be responsible for the manufacturer’s policy.
2. Special order item sales are final and cannot be returned.
3. All returns must be in new condition and include all original manufacturer's packaging and/or tags. 
4. All closeout or clearance item sales are final and cannot be returned. 
5. Call our toll free number 1-800-239-6066 or email us at support@ride1.net before returning any merchandise. Please download our return form, fill it out completely and send in the box with your return.
6. After speaking with a sales associate, please send the package back with a copy of the invoice and return form within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Return requests after 30 days are subject to our discretion.
7. Any merchandise returns not approved by us will be refused. You will be responsible for shipping to us and back to you so be sure to contact us prior to taking any action.
8. When shipping returned items, you are responsible to pack and ship items properly so the items do not get damaged or lost in transit.
9. We will be glad to refund or exchange undamaged and unused items with no restocking fee within 30 days from the date of sale. After 30 days, if your return is accepted, there will be a 15% restocking fee. 
10. For item exchanges, Ride 1 must wait to ship your product until the original item has been returned and in our warehouse.
11. Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    
12. Please return all items via ground shipping. Please note: Third party shippers (example: UPS Store, FedEx Kinko's, Mailbox Etc) add charges to normal ground shipping costs. Ride 1 does not reimburse these charges.  
13. Please do not return any items via COD we will not accept COD returns. Please send returns to:
