DOMESTIC SHIPPING:Ride1.net is glad to offer free UPS ground shipping as well as USPS priority on all orders over $75 (US in value) shipped within the continental US. *important (shipping
carrier is determined based on the type of order and location unless
customer chooses or requests a specific carrier at the time of check out.) Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, but we offer quick and affordable options. USPS Priority transit time is usually 2 to 3 days depending on your location. Please allow up to 7 business days. Delivery times for USPS Priority and UPS Ground usually (not always) fall within the same range. Below, you will find a chart showing UPS ground shipping transit times within the US. Please read below for information on expedited shipping.

Expedited Shipping
Need an order faster than the times listed on the map? We do not currently offer expedited shipping automatically, but we will be happy to discuss your options if you need a quicker shipping service than our flat rates or free shipping can provide. There are times your order may not ship out of our warehouse until the next day or may need to pulled from another warehouse. We will do our very best to get your order to you when you need it, but we will not make promises we can't keep at your expense. If you need your order quicker than the free shipping will get it there, please don't hesitate to contact our sales staff at sales@ride1.net or by phone: 1-800-239-6066 (toll free) or 256-766-5181. If you choose our flat rate or free ground shipping options, and your package has already shipped, we cannot control when your package arrives. Please don't hesitate to give us a call if you are shipping a gift or need an order by a certain date. Let us know what you need and we will determine the best method to get your package to you on the day that you need it!
Please read the following:
- Shipping times shown above are the estimated number of days your order is in transit after your order has been processed and left our warehouse.
- This does not mean it is always the exact amount of time after the order is placed online.
- Your order will be shipped once all of the items for your order have been gathered in our warehouse. There are certain instances when we need to gather in items from our other distributor warehouses before we can ship your complete order.
- All of the items on our site that appear to be "Available" are either in stock here at our primary warehouse location, or in stock at another warehouse.
- We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
- Most items that need to be sourced from our other distributor warehouses will take 1-3 days for us to receive. Occasionally, it can take 4-5 business days. When this is the case you will receive an email notification. For this reason, we ask that all information supplied to us is correct in order to notify you of changes with your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:Orders over $799 qualify for FREE Priority Mail International Shipping
International orders take longer to process and verify. The shipping charge is based on the weight of the package (occasionally we offer a flat rate to select countries). International orders will ship via UPS or USPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Normal delivery times vary depending on location. Please contact us for international shipping information to your specific location. Many times the delay in receiving the package lies with your local customs service which can take longer to release your package. Ride1.net has no control over them or their agents. It is impossible for us to predict how long the release by customs will take. We suggest you exercise patience and allow sufficient time for customs clearance.
Please read the following:
- All orders will be shipped with an original invoice on the box, which shows the full amount that you paid for the products you have purchased. This will ensure that your package processes through customs with no delays.
- Some countries have import tax laws, in which case you would be liable to pay import tax on the items you buy from us.
- Please do your best to educate and familiarize yourself with these policies in your country. You may be responsible for paying these fees once you have received the package.
- Ride1.net cannot ship products with invoices that are not real. This is an illegal practice and cannot be done. All requests to do so will be denied.
